Although not raised as a Christian, Ron’s mother required him to attend Peoria Junior Academy as a young teenager. This encounter put his feet on the path of life. Through Adventist schools God gave him his life calling, a wonderful friendship in his wife, Collene, and the joy of being a part of the family of God. Ron has served as a pastor for over thirty years and currently pastors the Village SDA Church in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He believes in a cross-generational approach to ministry, the power of the out-of-doors to shape lives, and the freedom of obedience to God’s word.
